Saturday Night Bond-age, Anyone?
All right, so the Sac-Town Summer Movie Nights officially ended when...well, when summer ended. But that don't mean the old gang needs to relegate ourselves to Netflix until Memorial Day, does it? No sir, not when there's BOND on deck!
"Quantum of Solace", the long-awaited follow-up to the Bond film that changed everything, "Casino Royale" (no, the OTHER Casino Royale), is opening this weekend, and it's time to get our Bond on. As per last summer's tradition, we're going to forgo the opening night, since Saturdays seem to work better for everyone's schedules. So here's what we're looking at:
Saturday, November 15th
Century Theaters (on Ethan. I think they got all the rats out by now, right?)
7:00 PM
If you're like me, you haven't been to the theater since temperatures were still in the 90s, so this'll be a great chance to get the gang back together and hit a flick that most of us have been waiting for since the night we all walked out of the theater after "Royale". So don't be left out! Join us! It is ON!
P.S. -- As always, I would advise to be smart and Fandango. Big lines predicted!

Really looking forward to this one!
Dah dah dah DAHHH dah dah dah...
All right, so they don't use the music anymore. I'm still stoked.
Of course, I won't make the movie in YOUR neck of the woods. We have quite a few theaters around here - more, maybe, than in Sacramento.
Let's see, within five miles? Arlington 6, Deer Park 10, AMC South Barrington 18, AMC Randhurst 16, Leow's 16, Muvico 14, Elk Grove 6, Buffalo Grove 4, Lake Zurich 12. That's... 102 screens?!!
Geez Louise.
Course, they play the same 15 movies all the time, but still...
